Privacy policy
The StreamSpend app for AI assistants, by MeansMGMT. Last updated October 5, 2026.
Free tools: what the server receives
When you or your AI assistant run a campaign check, the assistant sends the numbers the check needs: campaign names, spend, currency, result counts and what they counted, dates, platform, countries, genre, the song title you give, other ad numbers like impressions and clicks, and daily Spotify streams and saves if you share them.
Export files you drop or paste into the card are read inside the card in your chat. Only the numbers above are sent, not the files. If your assistant sends the server an export's text to read instead, the server reads the same numbers from it and keeps nothing.
The free tools need no account, sign-in, email address or payment details.
Sign-in tools: what the server receives and sends
The plan tools (plan_next_push, get_plan_status and my_streamspend) need you to sign in to StreamSpend. Sign-in happens on StreamSpend's own sign-in page; this server never sees your password.
After you sign in, your assistant sends your StreamSpend sign-in token with each of these requests. The server checks that the token is valid, then forwards the token to www.streamspend.net together with what the tool needs: the artist name or Spotify artist link, an optional genre and market, or the plan ID. It passes StreamSpend's answer back to your chat.
The MCP server stores nothing: not your token, your account details, the artists you ask about or your reports. Plans and reports are saved to your StreamSpend account, where StreamSpend's privacy policy applies.
What it does not collect
- No passwords or payment details.
- No cookies, analytics or tracking in the card or on these pages.
- No access to your ad accounts or Spotify for Artists. If you sign in, it can only run StreamSpend plans and read your StreamSpend reports and plan count, nothing else.
How the numbers are used
Only to work out your check or run your plan and send the answer back to your chat. We do not save campaign numbers, add them to our benchmarks, use them to train models, use them for marketing, or sell or share them.
What is kept, and for how long
The server keeps nothing after it answers. It does not write your numbers, tokens or requests to a database or to its logs. To limit abuse, it counts requests from each network address, and sign-in tool requests from each StreamSpend account ID, in memory for up to one minute, then forgets them.
Railway, which hosts the server, may keep basic request records such as the time, network address and status code under its own privacy policy.
Other services
Your chat, including anything you paste or upload there, is handled by your AI assistant under its own privacy policy. StreamSpend accounts, plans and reports are handled under StreamSpend's privacy policy. The By MeansMGMT link in the card opens meansmgmt.com, which has its own policy.
Children
StreamSpend is meant for people who run music marketing and is not directed at children under 13.
